How do I make an appointment?
To make a Pickup or Delivery appointment, carriers must email email@example.com and provide a complete PO# with a requested date & time. Next-day appointments must be made before 1400 (2:00 pm) or there will be a $150 work-in fee.
Can I get into a dock door earlier than my appointment time?
We are an appointment based facility. All drivers are welcome to check in early, but there is no guarantee of getting into a dock door earlier than your appointment time.
How do I reschedule my pick-up/delivery appointment?
All appointment requests must be made from the carrier via email and can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is there parking available?
Yes, SCS has a yard that drivers are welcome to park in if they run out of hours.
How do I pay my $150 work-in/late appointment fee?
SCS accepts exact cash, EFS, COM, and T Checks. We do not accept, credit/debit cards or personal checks and we do not provide change for cash payments.
